Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  1. Transaction Decline
    Sanmit Child Welfare Foundation shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

  2. Donation Policy
    Once a donation has been made for a particular purpose, no refund can be made of the donation; nor can the end purpose be changed. We encourage all donors to be sure of their decision before making any contributions.

  3. Extenuating Circumstances
    Please contact us immediately if there are extenuating circumstances, and your case may be reviewed at our discretion. Each request will be considered individually, and we reserve the right to make the final decision.

  4. Tax Deduction Benefits
    All donations will be eligible for tax deduction benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act as per the extant rules. Donors are advised to consult their tax advisor regarding the applicability of these benefits.

  5. Conflict of Terms
    If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material, then the latter shall prevail.

  6. Donor Responsibilities
    Donors are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of donation. Sanmit Child Welfare Foundation will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the donor.

  7. Error Handling
    In case of any error in the amount of payment or other transaction issues, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any such issues as quickly as possible.

  8. Refund Processing
    In the rare event that a refund is granted, it will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable period of time. The time taken to process the refund may vary based on banking procedures and other external factors. The standard refund processing time is 8-10 working days.
